Removing battery for the dell laptop comes at first place in the Dell Battery care. In order to remove the battery from the laptop as a  first step, you have to place the laptop upside down on a clean flat surface. After this try to find the Locate the "Battery Release" button. It has a little "Padlock" symbol next to it. (As shown in image below). When you find that Battery release button that go for sliding the "Battery Release" button in the direction of the padlock symbol and hold it there. When you press the release button you will l know that the button is spring loaded and will return if released. Now you are ready to remove the battery from the battery compartment. Softly remove the battery from the side of the laptop.
